You may request closure of your aaaji account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist.
aaaji accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your aaaji account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. aaaji does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
